Marketing Operations Specialist

Full-time | Remote

Think Better is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support our team and our clients with the setup, management, and automation of the buyer’s journey.

The Marketing Operations Specialist will help plan, build, and manage our clients’ pipeline and buyer engagement. The ability to maintain clean and organized systems, document best practices, QA, configure and manage automation, and track and report are key capabilities this person in this role should possess. HubSpot experience is required, specifically with workflows, sequences, reporting and dashboards.

This role requires an individual with strong technical and systems acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally with our team of account directors, designers, developers, etc. to deliver excellent service and grow our clients’ business.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Create and execute complex nurture or drip campaigns to improve engagement

  • Create tracking campaigns that support the measurement of demand gen efforts

  • Manage the technical aspects of building key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, data aggregation, etc.)

  • Analyze campaigns and help to determine the ideal buyer experience within best practice inbound marketing and sales principles

  • Optimize lead hand-off and nurture processes

  • Establish closed-loop analytics between marketing and sales to understand how our clients’ marketing activity turns into customers and refine

These are the requirements:

  • 3+ years marketing operations experience

  • Experience in B2B marketing and sales

  • HubSpot certifications and direct experience with the platform

  • Fundamental understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms

  • Understanding of API integrations

  • Salesforce, Pardot, and Zapier experience

  • Experience executing Marketing Ops processes including lead management, database management, segmentation, and field mapping

  • Experience in demand generation and sales enablement

  • Strong project management skills (we use ClickUp as our PM tool) and experience with superb attention to detail

Director of Marketing Services

Full-Time | Remote

These are the requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience - agency experience preferred

  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems

  • Expertise in inbound marketing and lead generation

  • An understanding of the B2B sales process

  • Experience setting up, promoting, and running webinars

  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize marketing programs

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • HubSpot and Google Analytics Certified

  • Nice-to-Have: Adobe Creative Suite Experience, Salesforce Certification

This role is a full-time, salaried position (Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000/year + health coverage). Web and Graphic Designer

Part-Time | Remote

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Support web and graphic design delivery across 4 - 8 clients

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to complete projects

  • Build from the ground up or redesign client sites and pages built on common CMS platforms like Wordpress, HubSpot, and Squarespace, with the help of a developer

  • Design display and social ads

  • Design Powerpoint and Google Presentations

  • Follow and develop systems to support the scalability of Think Better

  • Support branding and style redesign projects for Think Better clients

  • Participate in client meetings when necessary

  • Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and Javascript

  • Understand the basics of site architecture and SEO

  • Build out email templates in MailChimp

These are the requirements to be considered:

  • 4+ years in professional design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency

  • Proficiency in Wordpress CMS and templates

  • Extensive experience with the Adobe Suite, specifically designing mockups, web assets, and multimedia presentations

  • Familiarity with presentation design is a plus

  • Familiarity with Balsamiq and editing mockups

  • MailChimp or email template experience a plus

  • Good communication skills

  • Positive, problem-solving attitude

This role is a part-time, permanent position with the opportunity to become full-time.
