These are what we believe to be the rules of good, durable marketing.
We care deeply about our client’s success. Our joy comes from the success of our clients. We make sure that the work we’re doing contributes directly to how our customers define success.
We don’t take shortcuts. If you want to buy a list to market to, we’re not your people. We believe in permission marketing and aren’t interested in tactics that trick people.
We believe in measurable goals. You can’t manage what you can’t measure. Defining the key milestones to get to your destination and reviewing progress weekly is a must.
We don’t have all the answers. We are collaborative and know that you know more about your business than we do. Our approach relies heavily on listening and learning.
We respect and truly care about your buyer. This means that we are invested in helping you to build trust with your prospects and customers through clear messaging and strong communication.
We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion. The clients we work with also believe that diverse and collaborative teams breed better ideas and more successful businesses.
We don’t have a cookie-cutter approach. Sure, we have tons of experience and proven processes, but each client’s business needs something a little bit different depending on the market they serve. We know that and therefore much of our work is custom-built to serve our customers.
We believe in investing in the right systems. Many early-stage companies Frankenstein together a bunch of average systems to track marketing and sales to save a buck. We find the investment in a good system provides long-term benefits.
We believe in great, quality content. If you’re looking for a quantity instead of quality, we’re not your people. But, if you have something important to say and need support producing and distributing your ideas, we ARE your people.
We’re always evolving. The great thing about marketing is that it’s always evolving. We’re marketing to humans, they are always evolving. We’re always trying new approaches and channels to see if and how they work for our customers.
