Monday Marketing Motivation | Discover Insights from the Past's Biggest Thinkers
With the holiday yesterday, I’m publishing the Think Better Monday Marketing Motivation today to share some of the wonderful resources and ideas that I discovered last week.
In this bizarre time where the only thing that is certain is uncertainty, I’m finding a lot of comfort in insights from big thinkers from the past. Last week, Brain Pickings shared a wonderful passage from Walt Whitman that considers his famous line,
“Do I contradict myself? / Very well then I contradict myself, / (I am large, I contain multitudes.)”
Each week (or day), I feel a new way and think contradicting thoughts about the world we’re experiencing right now. On Monday I might be on top of the world and super motivated and on Tuesday, a news article might make the world feel too heavy to bear. I imagine many of us can relate. So read on, not only for some business motivation but for an investigation into the paradox of the self.
